Business Workshops

The workshops and courses offered have been used successfully for the past four years in groups of wide ranging abilities, personalities and with very different objectives.

Using real life experiences, participants are able to use creative thought processes to explore their own self-image and examine the way they see others. The ability to open up the way we view others and our situations is a vital component of working in public-facing environments, especially when it comes to judging situations and deciding how to react.

The courses and workshops are based on group work and presentations within the groups and to the course participants as a whole. While there is plenty of opportunity for individual work, anything written within the workshops may be shared with the group.

The nature of the course naturally builds team working and camaraderie, as participants share their work with each other and offer support and opinions. The atmosphere of the courses is relaxed, friendly and generally light-hearted, though sometimes what people choose to share can be quite personal and touching.

Throughout the day there is ample opportunity for one to one discussion with the course leader, working within small groups, as well as speaking and presenting to the room as a whole.

The coursework is split into complementary sections. For the one day workshops, the sections are designed to be quite intense, to achieve as much as possible in the available time.

The five day courses are more in-depth, with work and achievements building over time, as people delve more deeply into the different areas.

Both one day and five day courses can be designed to suit your working environment, with new exercises and activities created specifically for your business. More generally, you can choose to have more emphasis placed on the presentation element of the courses or on the creative thinking, the choice is yours. After the course, participants will be provided with certificates to show course completion.
