Maths Tuition

My Maths tuition is as varied as the students I meet. I understand the challenges faced by those students who either simply cannot understand areas of Maths or who come out in a cold sweat at the mere thought of it!

I offer Maths tuition from pre-school to GCSE, including basic numeracy skills.

My main aim in Maths is to untangle difficulties and help students have the confidence to tackle the subject themselves, without feeling overwhelmed. As with the English tuition, I usually start with some general work and exercises to see what the student needs most help with. From there, the lessons are built around their individual needs, focussing on any particular problems, at the same time as strengthening other areas to give them a more rounded ability.
